This brand-new hotel offers good choice of well-equipped and well-maintained rooms. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable, managed the parking right by the property. Its location is perfect, right next to a historic quarter. Moreover, it is close enough to restaurants, trams, shopping and sightseeing, the Christmas markets and mall and attraction areas. The hotel has the restaurant for dinner. When I am in Strasbourg, I like staying here.

The location was amazing, within short walking distance to Aubette. The superior queen room was delightful with central heating, a laptop-compatible safe and multi-channel television.

It is undoubtedly a modern option when in Strasbourg. This hotel is a nice place for good rest. This venue has a prime and best possible location walking distance to a tram station. As I remember, there were a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Streeat that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The rooms are a nice size and have great view of the town.

The staff at Novotel were incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met. The hotel room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of four. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and plentiful breakfast included with our stay. The hotel's central location made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. We were particularly impressed with the special welcome pack and kids area in the lobby, which kept our children entertained while we checked in. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good breakfast in the modern restaurant. Modern and functional rooms. Very nice and helpful staff. Free mulled wine, tea, hot chocolatein the evening were great.

Bathroom equipment. (Body lotion, shoe polish kit etc. are missing) A picture on the wall would be nice too. The safebox was defective and not reparable.

The hotel was under reconstruction, and we had not been informed about it when booking. From 7 o'clock in the morning it was very loud. The breakfast was mediocre, there was always something missing on the tables and the scrambled eggs were inedible. Parking in the public underground car park was very expensive.

The hotel is located very near a discotheque, which can be noisy until 2 am.
